The tutu skirt is made of three layers of tulle and turns any ballet leotard into a cute tutu in no time at all. This will delight little ballerinas. The waistband is very elasticated and allows the skirt to grow with them.
The material is made from 100% polyester. The waistband is made from 59.8% polyester, 34% cotton and 6.2% elastane.
Please note that this is only the skirt, the leotard is not included.
